PERT - Program Evaluation and Review Techniques

  1. CPM and PERT are used to project Scheduling.
  2. CPM and PERT are network models
  3. CPM was developed by ' Du Pont ' in 1950.
  4. PERT was developed by 'U S Navy ' in 1950.
  5. In beginning CPM was used to design chemical plant . 
  6. In beginning PERT was used to Polaris Submarine Launched Missile Project.

  3. Activity Oriented 
  4. Float Concept

PERT : 
  1. Probabilistic Approach
  2. Three times Estimate
  3. Event Oriented 
  4. Slack Concept

  2. Precedence and Activities
  3. Network
  4. Time and cost estimates 
  5. Longest path - critical path
  6. Use the network to plan , schedule , moniter and control the project .

डिजिटल एम्नेसिया क्या है? नमस्कार दोस्तों, आज हम बात करेंगे Digital Amnesia के बारे मे। Digital amnesia क्या हैं ? ये human के ऊपर कैसे effect करता हैं? इससे कैसे बचें ? Digital Amnesia क्या है ?
